Tools Manual
The tools manual has only been updated for the new web site format and hasn't been updated for OSE version 7.0 as yet. The manual reflects how things were in OSE 5.2. That is, not even features of OSE 6.0 are included let alone OSE 7.0. On the whole though, there should be very little difference to what is documented here.
